What Can You Expect?
From the moment you arrive, you will be greeted by our experienced teachers and practitioners.
You will be shown your accommodations at this beautiful property and have the opportunity to get comfortable and freshen up.
A lovely and healthy snack will be prepared for you if you so choose.
We will open with a guided meditation and rejuvenating Yoga class followed by a fantastic and nourishing dinner, herbal tea, and reflection time. We will guide you through what to expect during your stay.
Each day will start around 9:00 am with workshops for when you are freshest. After lunch, you will have free time to connect with yourself and/or the other guests, take a walk in the countryside, sit by the fire pit, read a book, meditate, or whatever your heart desires.
Before dinner, we will have a yoga class and meditation. After dinner, we will have a fireside chat where you can sit and reflect on the day and share your unique experiences.
